A nice and large repertory
Are you looking for musical groups for weddings in Perugia or in central Italy? You have found the right one! Our strength is the repertoire; of music for the wedding, which we play to amuse you first of all, but also ourselves. We are not mere performers of “trite and retrite” music playlists, rather we try to create a slightly different lineup for each event, so that we can “personalize” your wedding. We play songs from all over the world and from all periods , without exaggerating … for receptions, aperitifs and after the cake we go from the 60s to today, especially Italians and foreigners, you can find our repertoire here .
The ceremony repertoire can be customized, pieces of classical interpreters can be played such as: Bach, Elgar, Fauré, Satie, Vivaldi, Tchaikovski, Saint Saens, Strauss, Sibelius, Morricone, etc. …
Meeting
We don’t just take a phone call, we want to meet you! After your interest we expect a call, an e-mail to explain briefly what you want for your wedding, to which we will respond with various explanations regarding the various possibilities. At this point we will be able to meet in person, at our meeting point. Alternatively we can use Skype , for the more distant.
In this moment, sitting “tête-à-tête” around a table, we talk about the repertoire, the songs you want to be added (we allow up to two songs of your choice, which are not in our repertoire) and those that you would NOT want to be played (this is also important!).
Your wedding could have important phases such as: the first dance, a special dedication, your arrival, the cutting of the cake, etc … Think of these moments in a musical sense, which song you want as a column sound ? Think about it, then you will let us know. Obviously we can help you find the right piece, also according to your taste.
Formations
- Zona Rossa, duo & band: two guitars, bass, drum and male voices
- Three Little Bops: male voice, double bass, two guitars
- Cello and Guitar: guitar, cello, a female voice, a male voice
- Trio Elegante: guitar, drums, bass, cello female and male voices
- Better Call Blues: guitar, harmonica, two male voices
- Beat Tribute ’60: in trio or quartet with drums, we play a mixed repertoire of the 60s or even just The Beatles
- Dj Set: Dj set, Dj with Sax, Dj set with female vocal singer and cello
Ceremony, toast, dinner and final celebrations
Our commitment is usually divided into three phases. The Ceremony , whether civil, symbolic or religious , can be played by the formations in acoustic duo or elegant trio with cello. If necessary, we can also organize a choir of several elements for religious ceremonies with a liturgical repertoire . In some cases the priest of ceremonies can allow a Mass consisting of a repertoire that is not purely liturgical, so that other classical and modern pieces can be chosen. For symbolic or civil ceremonies the choice of songs is much freer, linked only to reasons of taste.
We also remind you that we recommend our favorite officiant Giulio , with whom we work together without having any indecision!
During the aperitif , which usually takes place as a buffet, we welcome the arrival of the first guests with live music, continuing until the start of dinner or lunch. It is at this moment that we recommend silence, usually no guest likes to converse with live music that is too present. We Piffi recommend silence or leave a music playlist (decided in advance).
After dinner , from the cutting of the cake onwards, the dances begin!
The repertoire will be made more lively in this phase, with the band, trio and duo formations you can have fun and sing some of the best songs of our century.
DJ SET
Musicians know, they get tired after a while … Live music, in our opinion, should cover the most important part of your wedding. But then the celebrations come! We offer two types of disc jockey.
The first is the dj set simple , but effective … we bring processor for the fade of the songs and a musical repertoire of world and Italian hits of various kinds.
Alternatively we offer the complete dj set , via DJ controller and live mix of the tracks, all amplified through dedicated supplementary system . We have strobe lights and effects such as smoke machine, or other types.
