For the first dance you need some songs (or just one) that are danceable. It seems trivial, but often we let ourselves be carried away by our own taste and risk not even being able to “take a walk” at the rhythm. A waltz, a very catchy song with a not too fast rhythm, or something really danceable like a tango, a little swing or jazz song. These are the working choices.
Not all songs are good in small formations, given the absence of drums. I will list the ones that do well in any of our formations (duo, trio, band).
Perfect – Ed Sheeran (anche vers. con Bocelli)
A Te – Jovanotti (for italian)
Your Song – Elthon John
Come Prima – Modugno (for italian)
