Historic building with an impressive facade, with very large outdoor spaces. The garden and the cloister are the parts we remember best for music. In fact, both the buffets and the dinner (or lunch) we made them external. Plan B, in case of rain, must be studied well, since the music and its organization could be affected. The kitchen is not internal, but is catering.
- Buffet of appetizers: In the case of good weather definitely out on the front garden, to welcome guests at the buffet. The stage can be of a certain size, space is not lacking! So you can also think of formations of 4 people, even with drums, they will not bother. The problem will be in the case of plan B (rain), in this case a group of 4 people will have to get very tight.
- Dinner / Lunch: In the case of use of the places outside, you can continue with the group or choose to have a playlist play through piped music.
- Dessert buffet: The dessert buffet is usually placed in the same area as the appetizer buffet, therefore we can reuse the same system, always in the case of good weather.
The structure, due to its differences in terms of possibilities in case of good or rainy weather, more safely hosts small groups (duos and DJs), since groups with large stages could have logistical problems to enter the indoor rooms, moreover the battery could disturb in the smallest rooms. A less elegant solution may be to create tensile structures on the garden.
